Message: Y'all Victor is beyond amazing. ... I called him requesting a quote on getting my 2011 BMW 328XI exhaust system done. He got back to me within 1-2 hours with a quote. I told him I wasn't really sure what part of the exhaust system I needed done.... He said, " what about this, bring the car to the shop and I will have my guys take a look and I will tell you what needs to be done". ..... So, I brought my car there and about a week and a half, He called me saying my car is all set. Thank you sooooooooooooo much Victor and crew. May God Bless you. Message: I own a 2014 Mercedes E350. I had an issue with my car for months. Brought it to another "Mercedes" mechanic and he had no clue what the issue was. I was in the area and stopped in Accurate. I explained to Victor what the issue was, and without even knowing what kind of car I had, he knew the problem. Dropped it off a week later, and the car is running like new again! These guys know their stuff. They went above and beyond to say the least! I was VERY impressed! Victor has a new customer! He is very knowledgeable and personable! Thank you ACCURATE!

Message: Accurate Auto Center was recommended to me by someone who had worked with the owner. The referral raved 5 stars. The work lived up to expectation. I spoke with the owner personally before bringing my car, he gave accurate estimates over the phone, explained about rentals, and took the time to explain the repairs and what it would mean to my 2013 Audi A5. The job was a nine hour job. I received a phone call at 4:30 the same day as the repairs, noting the job was completed. The bays were open, and they were immaculate His staff was kind and helpful. The owner stayed and spoke with me upon pickup after 6 PM, and he also explained what may or may not be in need of repair next. He also personally test drove my car. I climbed in my car feeling confident and comfortable and very happy. I will be back for future repairs and maintenance. Five stars for sure!

Message: I purchased a used BMW X3 from Accurate Automotive Sales and Services, on 5/16/23 and from start to finish Anthony who was my sales associate went above and beyond to get the deal to go through! Anthony not only put his all into getting an approval but getting the best interest rate that he could possibly get us. He communicated with me through ever step of the buying process. Anthony to me is a person of integrity and he showed me that through hard-work and dedication. The work that Anthony put into making this happen is commendable! Victor who is the owner backed Anthony all the way to the signing of the bank approval! This company is amazing to me. Message: Purchased a BMW x1 from Accurate. Incredible service and hospitality. From the time I walked in to test drive I never felt pressured or obligated to purchase the vehicle. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle on both of my visits. When I didn't like the rate I was getting, Anthony held the car for me solely on his word until financing from an independent bank came through. Truly a class act and a good guy, I will be bringing my vehicle back here for all servicing.. Also, Victor (service manager) was easy to work with and had the vehicle serviced for me before pickup. Accurate went above and beyond. They put new white halogen headlights in for me and even filled up the gas tank before leaving. Message: I brought my Toyota Tundra that unfortunately had been sitting to long to accurate auto center and I am amazed on how thorough they were on my vehicle. They went through top to bottom. Runs like a brand new vehicle, they were very reasonable on their pricing, my only regret is that I haven’t posted this earlier. They are very professional in every way.
