Jiffy Lube

Message: I submitted a quote for an oil change. Sent my husband with said quote. Employee told my husband that he spoke to me about the quote and advised that the oil I selected in the quote was unavailable and provided me with an adjusted amount for the higher grade oil. This was 100% false. I didn’t speak to anyone, no message was ever left stating the case, nothing. Yet, had my husband believing that I ‘okayed’ the new price; which I did not. Not cool.

Message: This place is super expensive but they're also super fast! Definitely worth it if you don't like waiting and making appointments and scheduling which day and which time and waiting and waiting cause someone's behind schedule or understaffed or making a tiktok etc. Just drive there and if there's no line, boom, 10 minutes later and you're all set!

Message: I would normally take a new car to the dealership for service but after moving cross country and working ridiculous hours I needed an oil change for my Charger ASAP. I called ahead with a few questions and the person who answered was polite, knowledgeable, and up front about the cost. I showed up there, waited about two minutes for a bay with a lower rack so I didn’t bottom out, sat in the car for about 10 minutes and talked to the guys while they changed my oil. Overall good experience.

Message: Great group of guys, excellent service here. Stopped in with a 10. 5 foot tall shuttle bus, fit through the large doors no problem. Got an oil change and transmission flush after a long drive from Cincinnati. Couple young men passionate about cars and mechanics, helps make them good at their job. Shop was organized and seemed to be well ran. This is where I will do my vehicle maintenance when I am in this area, thanks!

Message: I was in need of oil change as soon as possible because all of the sudden before my trip to Boston the oil change light Came on. I always try to take it to the deal I bought the car from but those appointments are given in days sometimes weeks. I stopped at my local gas station they didn’t have openings until tomorrow.. Then, I remembered near my office there is a jiffy lube, I have never tried this place before I came in hoping they would take care of the oil change quick. Lo and behold, they did. I had no idea that they do the impossible to take care of your car right away.. The guys were nice, they mean business tho. They are here to work on your car.. They have a coffee machine, bathroom conveniently located next to the customer service desk. Small waiting room and a tv to pass the time.
