Message: The employees at the Pawtucket location are so professional. Each was courteous and helpful! I was there late on a Friday, despite a line of customers & probably short staffed, they were polite and calm. Jacob even cleaned the car I wanted because the detailers had left for the day, I also spoke with Ryan on the phone and he was understanding of my situation. Wish all businesses had such competent, well mannered employees!

Message: In the past few months, I've rented cars from this office twice. The customer service has been amazing. Whenever I ask a question, the agents are accommodating and professional.. On one instant, I arrived before the office opened and the agent was kind enough to help me early, without me requesting. It made a big difference in my day and I was grateful for her generosity. She was very thorough in reviewing the details of the car, so that I was comfortable.. This morning I called with a question. Again, the agent did all she could to help me. Next month I'm returning to this office. My hope is that the service is even half as good as it's been to date.. Apart from the service, I've found the cars immaculate.
