Blue Wave Car Wash

Message: We use Blue Wave all the time, they’ve been the best on the island for a long time. Free vacuums with wash and the attendants take the time to give you a pre-scrub. Even include towels and spray free of charge to clean down your car after.

Message: I received a gift card for my birthday, for 5 Basic Washes. Today was my 3rd time using it.. and I was dealing with a lot of sap spots from parking under a pine tree this morning. I alerted the very nice attendant to this fact. He sprayed a pre-treatment solution on the spots and proceeded to wipe each one individually with a soft cloth. Another attendant appeared and inquired about the issue. He then proceeded to go to the "detail" area, bringing back a bottle of sap remover, and sprayed the entire hood of my truck. The 1st attendant then wiped all of the spots individually again and engaged the wash cycle. I was hopeful, however unsure if these methods would work. To my delightment, they did! ALL of the sap was gone! ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never go to any other carwash!

Message: Top notch car wash and first rate customer service! Our new car got hit by spray paint from a can that got run over on the road. The windshield and hood were covered in black paint specks. I immediately took it here and the guys advised on the best wash and scrubbed the paint off by hand with a soapy brush before it could set at no extra charge. They are always helpful and friendly. Best customer service in town!

Message: I stopped at Blue Wave on Easter Sunday to do a quick clean-out of my car. I was in kind of a hurry and short on patience. Shane came over and introduced himself and asked if my floor mats were rubber and told me that he would have the guys in the back spray them down for me. When Shane returned with my mats he took the time to wipe them with towels for me and then layed them out nicely to finish drying in the sun. I've been to a few car washes in my day but I've never had the kind of service I got at Blue Wave that day. What Shane didn't know is that my grandfather had passed away two days before and my mother had been in an accident shortly after.. and I was on my way home to New York. Thank you Shane and Blue Wave, sometimes the little things you do in a moment mean more than you will ever know.

Message: Great car wash! I was visiting from NY for a wedding in Newport. My Enterprise rental was very dirty inside and out. I had an exterior wash with added wheel wash. The car came out great. The clean dry towels and window was an added bonus. I'm writing this give a big thank you to a very nice gentleman ( I think he was the owner). He saw the condition of the vehicle and helped me out. He advised me that I had a free vacuum service with the car wash. A few minutes later a nice young man brought me 2 tokens for the vacuum. The gentleman than came back and put a nice fragrance tree on my rear view mirror! If I lived up there, I'd be there every week. After finishing, I went looking for this nice guy but couldn't find him. Top shelf business! I wish you continued success. Kevin Garvin.

Message: Great place that I've been going to for years. Recently pulled the trigger on one of their monthly unlimited car wash deals and love it. You can go as much as you want. The machines seem to be well maintained and the staff is great.
