Message: Very friendly and the older lady at the desk is so funny she speaks to you as if she knew you for a long time. shes so nice she makes you feel at home but at the same time shes very professional she sure treated me as a daughter this is the second time i go there and they are all very friendly i don't have nothing negative to say about them.. they should make a youtube channel and post up everything they do... I give it ********** stars.

Message: First of all, they do good work. I was rear ended and required over $6000 in repairs. The repairs look great! No noticable differences in the repaired work and the original. And the car drives just like before the accident. They worked with the insurance company so I did not have any paperwork to complete. Now, the bad. It took forever! Over 7 weeks total. And the communications were poor. They NEVER contacted me. When I called them it was always waiting on parts. I could never get a real estimate of the completion date. Not a warm fuzzy service experience. But they did do a good job.

Message: Was in an Accident and did not know where my truck was towed when I finally found out that it was here I went and met with The owner Maria and she was nothing but helpful my truck was there for over three months and I owed over $3000 in storage and towing fees and she helped me out and discounted the price greatly. awesome lady and her husband is great too I see other reviews that are negative and all I can say is you get what you give.. Obviously if your car has been towed and impounded you’re not going to be in the greatest by Mindset or mood but if you go in there with a respectable and reasonable attitude you shouldn’t have any issues. “ you get more bees with honey
